Meeting Scheduling Terms and Conditions

By scheduling a meeting with 911MYWEB, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility Requirements

  • You must be over 18 years of age
  • You must be a genuine business owner or individual seeking web services
  • You must be seeking services for lawful purposes under US law
  • You must provide accurate contact information

Meeting Options

We offer three meeting formats:

  • Phone Call
  • Video Meeting (Google Meet, Zoom, WhatsApp)
  • In-Person Meeting (South Florida area only)

Meeting Policies

Free Consultations

  • Limited to 30 minutes
  • Offered to new clients seeking information about our services
  • Offered to existing clients for issues not resolved via email/chat
  • Limited to one free consultation per project/issue

Virtual Meetings

  • We recommend using a laptop for the best experience
  • You are responsible for your internet connection
  • Join from a quiet, professional environment

In-Person Meetings

  • Require prior phone/video consultation
  • Only available in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Monroe Counties
  • Limited to one meeting per new client and one per project
  • Location arranged by mutual agreement (our office, your business, or designated meeting place)
  • Subject to approval and availability

Cancelation and No-Shows

  • Provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations of paid meetings
  • Provide at least 4 hours notice for cancellations of free consultations
  • No-shows without notification will forfeit in-person meeting privileges
  • Repeated cancellations may affect future meeting availability

Confidentiality and Recording

  • All meeting discussions are confidential
  • Recording of meetings (video, audio, photos, screenshots) is prohibited without written authorization
  • Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information shared during meetings

Preparation Materials

  • You agree to provide necessary information for us to evaluate your project
  • Materials should be submitted in advance when possible
  • You confirm all materials you provide are free from copyright/trademark infringements

Service Limitations

  • Scheduling a meeting does not constitute a commitment to provide services
  • 911MYWEB reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion
  • 911MYWEB reserves the right to refuse or cancel any meeting request at its sole discretion without providing a reason
  • We do not provide legal advice regarding copyright, trademark, or business matters

Data Usage

  • Information provided will be used solely for the purpose of providing web services
  • Contact information will be stored securely for business communication purposes
  • You may request deletion of your information subject to legal retention requirements
