Terms & Conditions for Pet Photo Submissions

By submitting a photo of your pet, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Consent to Use, Edit & Enhance:
    You grant 911myweb full permission to edit, enhance, and stylize the submitted pet photo using AI or other digital tools. This includes adjustments for visual quality, creativity, and branding purposes.

  2. Permission for Use (Community & Commercial):
    You authorize 911myweb to use the submitted photo of your pet for both community engagement and commercial purposes. This includes (but is not limited to) display on our website, social media, marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and future branded content.

  3. Public Display:
    You understand and consent to your pet’s photo being featured publicly on the 911myweb platform, including our “Web Rescue Team” wall, team pages, newsletters, and other digital or print materials.

  4. No Compensation:
    By submitting your pet’s photo, you acknowledge that the submission is voluntary and offered in the spirit of goodwill. You agree that there will be no compensation, monetary or otherwise, for the use, editing, or public display of the image.

  5. Ownership & Usage Rights:
    You affirm that you are the rightful owner of the submitted image or have legal permission to share and grant usage rights. You also confirm the image does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright or privacy.

  6. Right to Moderate Content:
    911myweb reserves the right to review, edit, decline, or remove any submission at its sole discretion, particularly if the image is deemed inappropriate, low quality, or not aligned with our brand or mission.

  7. Spirit of the Project:
    The “Web Rescue Team” is a lighthearted, creative initiative designed to celebrate pets in the digital world. All enhancements and displays are meant to reflect fun, community spirit, and creativity while supporting 911myweb’s mission to build connection and personality into our platform.
