3.2 Disclosure Formatting

  • In the same font and size as the review content
  • Not hidden or buried within other content

3.3 Prohibited Review Practices

• Review manipulation or trading (exchanging positive reviews with others)
• Incentivizing users to remove or modify negative reviews
• Using fake accounts or identities to post reviews
• Participating in “review brushing” schemes
• Writing reviews for products/services you haven’t actually used

4. Media Submissions

If your review includes photos, videos, or other media:

• You must own or have permission to use all submitted media
• Media must be relevant to your review and the business being reviewed
• Media must not contain inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content
• 911MYWEB reserves the right to remove any media that violates these guidelines

5. License and Usage Rights

By submitting your review, you:

• Grant 911MYWEB a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your review in any format or media
• Authorize 911MYWEB to display your first name, username, and/or location alongside your review
• Understand that 911MYWEB may feature selected reviews in marketing materials, social media, or promotional content
• Acknowledge that 911MYWEB reserves the right to edit, moderate, or remove any content that violates these terms or applicable laws

6. Moderation Process

You understand that:

• All reviews are subject to moderation before publication
• Reviews may be edited for spelling, grammar, or formatting without altering the substance
• 911MYWEB reserves the right to reject or remove reviews at its sole discretion
• The moderation process may take up to 5 business days

7. Star Rating Integrity

• Your star/numerical rating must accurately reflect the content of your written review

• Deliberately misaligned ratings (e.g., 5-star rating with negative review content) are prohibited
• 911MYWEB reserves the right to request clarification or reject reviews with inconsistent ratings

8. Multi-Platform Compliance

• Your review may be syndicated to third-party platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc.)
• Each platform has its own guidelines, and your review must comply with all applicable platform policies
• Reviews that violate third-party platform policies may be removed from those platforms
• 911MYWEB is not responsible for how third-party platforms display or use your review content

9. Consumer Review Fairness Act Compliance

• You maintain your right to share honest opinions, including negative reviews, provided they are truthful
• 911MYWEB will not impose penalties or take legal action against users for posting negative but truthful reviews
• 911MYWEB does not require users to transfer intellectual property rights of their reviews beyond the license granted in Section 5
• Any attempt to prohibit or restrict honest reviews violates federal law

10. Dispute Resolution Process

• Businesses may dispute reviews they believe contain false or misleading information
• If a review is disputed, you may be contacted to provide additional information or verification
• Disputed reviews may be temporarily hidden pending resolution
• You have the right to respond to business concerns and provide evidence supporting your review
• 911MYWEB’s decision regarding disputed reviews is final but subject to appeal within 14 days

11. Review Verification

• 911MYWEB uses various methods to verify authentic purchases or services
• Reviews from verified customers may receive a “Verified Purchase” badge
• Attempting to circumvent verification systems violates these Terms
• Verified reviews may be given priority in display and sorting algorithms

12. Privacy Considerations

• Personal information collected during the review submission process will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
• In compliance with CCPA/GDPR, you have the right to:
