How Can We Help You?

Process

How we work, timelines, communication, and what to expect.

1How does the web design process work?

Our process has four phases: Discovery (we learn about your business, goals, and audience), Strategy (we plan the site architecture, content, and design direction), Development (we build and test your site), and Launch (we deploy, verify, and hand off). You are involved at every stage with regular check-ins and approvals.

2How long does it take to build a website?

Most projects are completed in 2–4 weeks depending on complexity and scope. Simple business websites typically take 2 weeks, while custom e-commerce stores or web applications may take 4–8 weeks. We provide a realistic timeline during your free consultation and keep you updated throughout the process.

3What do I need to provide to get started?

To get started, we typically need your brand assets (logo, colors, fonts if available), any existing content (text, images, videos), examples of websites you like, and a clear description of your goals. Don't worry if you don't have everything — we can help you develop content and branding as part of the project.

4How do you communicate during the project?

We communicate via email, video calls, and a shared project management workspace. You will have a dedicated point of contact throughout the project. We provide regular progress updates and schedule milestone reviews so you always know where things stand.

5Can I make changes after the website launches?

Yes. We build all websites on user-friendly platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or custom CMS) so you can make basic content updates yourself. For more complex changes, our maintenance plans include a set number of monthly update hours. We also offer one-time update packages for larger changes.
