1Do you provide support after the website launches?
- Yes. Every website we build includes up to 90 days of post-launch support at no additional cost. During this period, we address any bugs, layout issues, or technical problems that arise. After the initial support period, we offer ongoing maintenance plans for continued support.
2What is included in your maintenance plans?
- Our maintenance plans include security monitoring and malware scanning, software and plugin updates, performance optimization, daily backups, uptime monitoring, and priority technical support. We also include a set number of monthly content update hours depending on your plan tier.
3What happens if my website goes down or gets hacked?
- Clients on our maintenance plans receive priority emergency support with a guaranteed response time. We will diagnose the issue, restore from backup if necessary, and get your site back online as quickly as possible. We also implement proactive security measures to minimize the risk of downtime or security breaches.
4Can you take over maintenance of a website you did not build?
- Yes. We offer website audits and takeover services for existing websites built by other agencies or developers. We will review your site's code, security, performance, and SEO, then provide a plan to bring it up to our standards before enrolling it in a maintenance plan.
5Do you offer training so I can manage my own website?
- Yes. We provide personalized training sessions (via video call) to walk you through managing your website's content, adding blog posts, updating products, and using your CMS. We also provide written documentation and video tutorials tailored to your specific setup.
